Participants can use Reconnect Community for required check-ins, messages, appointments and other activities established by the supervising program. Check-ins can include location information and biometric identity confirmation, helping document when and where required activities are completed.
The platform also supports messaging, video chat, forms, calendars and reminders. Programs can enable additional monitoring features, including randomized curfew check-ins, continuous location monitoring, inclusion and exclusion zones, and location history.
Participants can use their own compatible iOS or Android smartphone. Reconnect also offers Android phones with the participant app preinstalled for programs that need to provide a phone.
