We are proud to share some exciting news. A 2nd Chance Bail Bonds and Monitoring has been awarded the Silver Employer Excellence Certification from the Cobb Chamber and SelectCobb for the 2026-2027 term. We were honored to be among this year’s recipients at the Cobb Chamber Economic Development Summit on August 26, and we couldn’t be prouder of the team behind it. The Employer Excellence Certification recognizes companies across Cobb County and Metro Atlanta that truly invest in their people. For a company built on the belief that everyone deserves a second chance, being named a great place to work is an honor that hits close to home. “This program is designed to increase access to a quality workforce by serving as a symbol of a company’s commitment to its people,” said Dana Johnson, Chief Operating Officer of the Cobb Chamber and Executive Director of SelectCobb.

What this recognition means to us

This award reflects the culture our team has built together. We are proud that the certification recognized the things we work hard to get right: flexible scheduling with a four-day workweek for most of our staff, strong benefits, a 401(k) with a company match, and a workplace where people feel genuinely seen and supported. We were especially moved by the recognition of our community impact. Over the past year, our team reached 42% volunteer participation and gave more than $51,000 to causes across the region. Giving back is part of who we are, and it means the world to see that work celebrated.
